Adrian Collins submitted a lawsuit in Randolph County Circuit Court past month against KTS Predator Hunters and its founder, Kyle Swanson, of Belleville.

In his criticism, Collins maintains that Swanson posted a Fb discussion among Collins and somebody recognized as “Jordan Lane” in June on the KTS Fb web site and falsely called it a “intercourse trafficking situation,” insinuated that Collins was “grooming” a 14-calendar year-old female and referred to Collins as “very creepy.”

“Plaintiff did not inquire as to (Jordan Lane’s) age at the time of his dialogue with her,” according to the criticism, which states that Collins has Asperger syndrome, an autism spectrum condition.

The complaint also states that Collins gained threats on the internet soon after KTS posted his conversation, shed his work as a protection guard at Pink Bud Regional Healthcare facility and hasn’t been able to uncover other work.

The lawsuit asks for in extra of $50,000 for compensatory damages and in excessive of $50,000 for punitive damages.
